Inns-for-Sale.com is happy to announce the sale of Run of the River Inn and Refugee.  The inn was sold by Quantum Hospitality Group who represented the sellers, Monty and Karen Turner.  The Turners were the proud owners of the inn for 23 years, but retirement was calling and that is what they will now be enjoying! 

Even though Quantum Hospitality represented the sellers, they also coordinated the bank and SBA 504 financing for the buyers, Stephen and Janna Bollinger.  Join us in sending our congratulations to the new owners!
