Maine Bed and Breakfast Inn for sale sells to Gerri and Richard Prentice.  The Chebeague Island Inn now has new owners as of January 25, 2010.  The Chebeague Island Inn is a 21 room inn with full dining room and is open seasonally.  The Chebeague Island Inn was completely renovated in 2004 and is truly the “Jewel of Casco Bay”.  Quantum Hospitality Group represented the sellers of Chebeague Island Inn and was delighted that it was only on the market for a few short months.
